EM Technologies' extensive manufacturing
capabilities are contained within a 30,000 sq. ft.
environmentally controlled facility in Stratford, with ample room
for onsite expansion.
Our manufacturing capabilities provide
for inhouse control of production quality, cost, and scheduling
allowing us to achieve excellence in quality and delivery performance
Precision machining, winding, assembly, and test process capabilities range
from manual to highly automated, giving us flexibility
and cost effectiveness in the manufacture of products
with low or higher volumes. Tooling, fixturing, and
prototype machining is produced in our well equipped
toolroom.
Process control is a well established practice
in manufacturing, ensuring the quality and reliability
of the products. Manufacturing is supported with
technical and administrative resources to ensure
operational effectiveness. EM Technologies' computerized
information systems are integrated throughout the
operation and includes MRP, inventory control, shopfloor
tracking of work in process, and configuration management.
Our CAD/CAM system facilitates concurrent engineering
of new products.
